A Desire for Distinctive Shed Style

Terry and Sue needed a shed upgrade as their old tool shed was starting to fall apart. They needed something that offered both space, quality and affordability. They loved the idea of going for a spacious barn-style shed, thanks to the addition of higher walls and roof area which is ideal for loft style storage.
Due to the size of shed they needed, they agreed that they didn’t want it to dominate the garden and look just like a standard shed. They both loved the idea of making a statement with an iconic gambrel style roof and so they settled on the 5-star rated Tiger Mini-Barn.
Tiger was recommended…
Terry explains, “We first heard of Tiger Sheds through a friend who purchased from you a few years ago. We found the website very easy to use and it contained all the information we were looking for without being too overwhelming.”
We love the Tiger colour…
Sue comments, “We chose Tiger over other shed companies as we love the colour of the garden buildings! The striking Tiger burnt orange merged well with our garden and the overall style and design of the Tiger Mini Barn would be a perfect fit.”
We built the shed…
“We arranged for a concrete base to be laid but built the shed ourselves”. Sue continues, “Terry found the barn very easy to build, and had absolutely no issues putting it together.”
We use it for storage…
“We are using the shed for all our gardening tools, bird seed and anything generally to do with the garden, plus of course the golf clubs!”
We customised our shed…
Sue explains, “Terry has added some shelves inside the barn and has put a shelf in the roof space, other than that we don’t need any other storage. We also added electrics, giving us useful plug sockets and a light and gave it a good lick of Burnt Orange TigerSkin® Preserver for added protection”.

Sue and Terry comment, “We are very happy with the garden building, and it is exactly what we thought it would be based on the website images and description. We’ve received so many compliments from friends and neighbours, especially at Christmas when we decorated the roof with fairy lights. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of choosing our Tiger Shed; building it, preserving it, and laying a gravel path around it to sit pots on and our Pedro Mexican man. We’re so pleased with the whole experience and the quality is superb, I’m sure it will stand for many years to come.”

A barn shed is perhaps the most economical storage space due to the roof height, it’s a great shed for gaining extra high storage and has lots of character too.
