Our timber is sustainably sourced. We use slow grown European softwood, cut in our own sawmill to a high grade. Each log fits tongue and groove for strength and solidity, and is cut to an 0.01mm tolerance. The extra thick 44mm logs have a double tongue and groove for an even firmer link.
Tiger garden buildings come with TigerFelt® as standard. This is a thicker, polyester-backed high-grade mineral felt to provide a reliable, weatherproof barrier with reduced wear and tear. Only premium quality roofing felt will do!
Joiner-made doors and windows are supplied fully glazed or boarded, and all external doors are fitted with mortice locks, with double glazing, 5-lever locks and roof shingles upgrades also available.

Beware of imitations- log cabins which use cheaper styrene plastic windows (which tend to ‘mist’ or shatter easily over time). All Tiger log cabins come with 4mm thick toughened glass as standard. This glazing is more shock and heat resistant than horticultural glass in many other buildings, making your Tiger all the more durable.

There’s a lot to consider when it comes to setting up your perfect garden office, from décor and insulation to functional elements like lighting. For the latter, you might want to think about how much natural light your office is likely to get, based on where you’re planning to put it, and the windows you choose – then you can opt for additional overhead lighting or make do with lamps. Large windows will also help with the ventilation of your garden office, but if you want to prevent damp and improve airflow, you could also add wall vents, an electric fan or a wind-powered whirligig.
It’s vital that your garden office is equipped with an adequate Wi-Fi connection so you’re free to take calls and use the internet uninterrupted – which you can achieve most easily via a Wi-Fi extender that will boost your signal, or an ethernet cable.
