Here are some helpful definitions to help you
  • "You" means the person who places an order for goods or services or whose order for these is accepted by Tiger.
  • "Goods" means the product items (including services such as any instalment, provision of parts. delivery etc) which Tiger is to supply in accordance with these conditions.
  • "We" “us” means the Tiger business
  • "Conditions" means our standard terms and conditions of sale and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the two parties.
  • "Contract" means the contract for the purchase and sale of the goods.
  • "Writing" means email or post. It does not mean by fax, or by message or posted comment on any social media platform
Any reference to any provision of a statute shall be a reference to that provision as amended, re-enacted or extended at the relevant time.
All orders are an offer to buy goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, subject to acceptance by us.
Our prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax and are shown in sterling.

All costs will be set out clearly in your shopping trolley before you place your order or summarised by the customer sales adviser when ordering by telephone. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.

All necessary information is correct at the time of publication, but mistakes do happen. If an error is made regarding the price or description of any item ordered, you will be notified and asked if you still wish to continue with the order. If you wish to withdraw you will receive a full refund of any monies paid.

If we decide to cancel the contract you will receive a full refund of any monies paid. Any claim for compensation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All wooden buildings are made to order and manufactured prior to delivery. You will receive notification via email when your order is being made, but you can use our online tracking facility as well. If a stock item is unavailable, you will be notified and given the following options
  • wait until the goods are available from stock,
  • accept an alternative product of a similar or enhanced specification, or
  • be reimbursed and receive a full refund.
  • The exact dimensions of the products cannot be guaranteed because of the natural variance of the material caused by their surroundings and the climate. We accept card payments via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Visa Debit, Solo and Maestro using our secure online payment system, or by telephone. Telephone orders will be confirmed verbally at the time of the call and by email. Online orders will be confirmed by email once payment has been received. These emails will include information on your cancellation rights.

Full payment (or a finance agreement in place) is required before the goods will be despatched. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order for any reason.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order (including name, full delivery address, contact details and any applicable specification) and providing all necessary information to enable us to perform the Contract.

You must use a valid credit or debit card and ensure that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to meet the cost of the Order. Steps may be taken to verify the authenticity of the relevant card before supplying the Goods.

Finance
Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment.

There are 6 payment terms on offer
  • Pay in 3 instalments (no interest or fees when you pay on time)
  • 6 months or 12 months at 0% interest
  • 24 months, 36 months, or 48 months at 9.9% APR

Late or missing payments may have serious consequence for you and cause you serious money problems. Your credit rating may be affected which will make it more difficult to obtain credit in the future.

Deposits
You may make a deposit of up to 50% of the Order price to reduce the amount of finance. If ordering a bespoke item on finance, a deposit of 25% will be required to be paid. The deposit must be made at the time the Order is placed.

If the subsequent finance application is declined, and you decide not to continue with the order, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
For our Express and Next Day service, please note this is available only on selected TigerFlex buildings marked as Next Day or Express, and is only available for weekday (Monday-Friday) orders placed before the advised threshold, usually 12pm. These will be sent via an express courier network, and you will receive an estimated two-hour delivery slot on the planned day of delivery. Please note that in some cases for operational reasons delivery in certain postcodes may not be feasible for the next working day: in such instances delivery will be made as soon as operationally possible thereafter which you will be advised on by the courier. When you are ordering an express or next day service, it is done on the understanding that there is no issue with access to your property to make a kerbside delivery using a large lorry. Any subsequent requirement to change the delivery date may incur a redelivery charge. This service is not currently available to Northern Ireland or non-mainland UK addresses.

For our “pick a day” delivery products you will receive an estimated two-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. For all other delivery services you will be advised of the estimated delivery date when the Order is accepted.

For standard delivery products, when your product is ready, we will contact you to agree a date for delivery. Confirmation of the date and estimated AM/PM arrival timeslot will be made by email. Please be aware delivery is Kerbside only, please see delivery section (https://www.tigersheds.com/delivery/) for more information.

For Tiger building orders delivered to Northern Ireland, please note that "pick a day" products (and any standard delivery products available in Northern Ireland) will be delivered by a separate freight partner, who will contact you to arrange delivery to the property specified.

Some of our optional extras such as Eco Bases, EPDM roofing, Solar Lighting and others are delivered to you directly from the manufacturer, these will arrive by a different delivery method normally a short period before you receive your building. The supplier will inform you of the delivery dates.

We will keep you informed of any delay in completing your Order and take the necessary steps to fulfil the order as quickly as possible.

We do not consider the estimated delivery dates as part of the contract and are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver unless the delay
 
  • Is attributable to us
  • Is considered unreasonable and no delivery date can be stated
  • you have specifically made ‘time of the essence’ in writing.
If the delivery location is outside our standard free delivery zone or the product ordered is customised or bespoke, the delivery period may be longer.

Do not arrange any third party assembly or installation of your garden building for the same day as delivery.  All components of your Tiger delivery should be checked before arranging installation or assembly.

For Tiger Modular garden rooms, delivery will be coordinated through your project manager and the details of your delivery requirements will be confirmed following the complementary Home Survey in-person site visit.

Delivery Address
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the goods will be delivered to the address specified in the order. Orders placed using finance can only be delivered to the billing address.

We use a range of vehicles to deliver the different types of buildings we supply; in some cases, it may be necessary to use a smaller vehicle if access to your property is difficult for larger vehicles. In these circumstances there may be an additional delivery charge of £30 required.

Making The Delivery

The delivery can be made without anyone present if we receive permission from you at least 3 working days before the delivery date. If nobody is home to accept the building when we deliver, we reserve the right to leave the building in what we consider a safe and accessible place, we consider a driveway or front garden as a safe place.

If our vehicle cannot reach your property, the goods may be left at the nearest safe and accessible point.

Uncompleted Delivery
If a delivery cannot be completed because you or your representative were not present, access was restricted, or there was no suitable location in which to leave the goods, they will be returned to our warehouse, and you may be liable for all costs associated with a second delivery. The cost of this will be worked out by the delivery post code and vehicle required to do the delivery.

Cancellation of Delivery Bookings
If you wish to cancel a confirmed delivery you must give us at least 5 working days’ notice. If you cancel within 5 working days, you may incur a failed delivery charge. The charge will be worked out on any costs incurred in producing the building up to the point of cancellation and any charges made by our third-party couriers for failed delivery bookings. Delivered Items
Once goods have been delivered, they become your responsibility. Please also view the delivery section (https://www.tigersheds.com/delivery/) for more information.

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 14 days after you take delivery of the goods.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact Tiger immediately. The notification should be in writing preferably via email to customersupport@tigersheds.com or you can you complete this form online.

If the Order has been delivered you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us. The cost of this will be worked out by the delivery post code and vehicle required to do the collection and may also be subject to an administration fee. We may reduce the amount of the reimbursement if any action taken by yourself reduces the value of the goods supplied.

Some of our optional extras such as Eco Bases, EPDM roofing, Solar Lighting and others are delivered to you directly from the manufacturer. Should you wish to cancel and return these after delivery (you have up to 14 days to do so), and they are unused and in their original packaging, please contact the Tiger customer service team on 0113 205 4189 or email customersupport@tigersheds.com for return methods and costs.

You have no cancellation rights if your order is for a bespoke, customised, or personalised product.

Order completed
Your order should be checked as soon after it is delivered as possible to ensure all components are present and satisfactory. If any part of the order is missing, damaged, faulty or does not comply with the specifications you must notify us as soon as practicable.

We may require photographic evidence of any complaints, defects, requests to return a product or claims of incorrect or incomplete product delivery, which should be submitted to customersupport@tigersheds.com

Missing or damage items
If you provide evidence that items are missing or damaged, we will replace or repair any necessary parts to complete your agreed initial order.

Incorrect or faulty product
If we send you an incorrect or faulty item you will be offered a replacement, repair or offered a refund and exemption from collection costs. Any item to be returned or replaced must be in the same condition as delivered.

Refunds
Refunds due to amended purchases or cancellation made prior to delivery will be processed by us within 5 working days of the order amendment or cancellation of all or part of the order.

Refunds for orders that have been delivered and are subsequently cancelled, found to be faulty, damaged, or unwanted will made within 5 working days of the day of receiving the items back or the day on which you provide evidence of their return whichever is earliest.

Please allow a further 3-5 working days for your card or finance provider to process the refund back to your account.

We may reduce the amount of the reimbursement if any action taken by yourself reduces the value of the goods supplied.

Product Discounts
We sometimes offer special discounts for a limited time only. These offers are displayed around the site and are clearly marked. Our products are displayed with the product discount already applied. Promotional offers are only applicable to products which are clearly marked on site. Offers are valid until the end date featured in the promotion.

Voucher Code Discounts
Voucher discounts are driven by an alphanumerical code which may vary in length. Vouchers may be offered for general use on the website and over the telephone, or they may be personalised and restricted to specifically eligible groups. Vouchers apply only to Tiger wooden garden buildings (sheds, storage, summerhouses, log cabins, playhouses, pet houses) sold on tigersheds.com. Other specific conditions applying to each voucher offer will be clearly stated in the terms of the offer. To redeem the voucher, please enter the promotional code in the shopping trolley on the website or by informing our customer service advisor when placing an order over the telephone. INTERNATIONAL TIGER DAY promotion is centred around International Tiger Day (Monday 29th July 2024). For every garden building sold through this website between Friday 26th July 2024 and 31st July 2024 (inclusive) we will make a donation to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). £5 for every shed or summerhouse sold, £10 for every log cabin sold. These donations will help to support the WWF in their work in protecting and preserving Tigers in the wild and their natural habitat.

Installation Scheduling
Tiger installations are carried out by our subcontracted installation partners. The pro-installation team will contact you in advance of the installation of your garden building to arrange a suitable time and date for the fitting.

The Installers should make contact within 10 working days of the delivery to arrange a date for the installation. This timeframe may be extended during busier periods, but you will be advised of and kept up to date of any delay.

Your presence is not required on the day of installation, if you will not be on site the installation team need to receive written permission to access your property this should be emailed to customersupport@tigersheds.com.

Conditions For Installation
A firm and level base needs to be in place on the agreed date of installation. If not, the installation will be aborted, and you may be liable for additional charges.

The base must be clear and easily accessible and provide sufficient working space around all sides (generally considered to be approximately 18 inches). If not, the installation may be aborted, and you may be liable for additional charges.

All components should be as close to the assembly area as possible.

Only the building will be installed. Additional work such as the installation of an alarm, solar lights hasps and staples etc will only be undertaken if agreed and paid for in advance.

Roof shingles will only be fitted if this option is selected and paid for in advance.

Windows will be pinned into position by the installer. It is your responsibility to make sure the windows are sealed and watertight.


TIGER MODULAR (for Tiger garden buildings see previous section)

Pre-Install Process
Customers will be contacted by a Tiger Modular project manager within the next 7 days to arrange a complimentary in-person Home Survey to review the site for their building. This will verify points of access, any preparation work that is required, the plot location and required layout within your grounds and other elements. This is to ensure that the installation can proceed efficiently and smoothly, to deliver the high levels of service our teams are known for. Each customer will receive a detailed report to document this following on from the meeting.

Work On Site

The customer is responsible for preparing the site as per the written notes following any discussion that takes place with the Site Surveyor during the complimentary Home Survey arranged within a week of your order (Inc removal of sheds/obstructions and shrubs etc).

All orders are an offer to buy goods pursuant to the terms and conditions, subject to acceptance by Tiger Modular.

The customer is responsible for providing all necessary parking permits, access and permissions in advance of the foundation and building installation dates. Access to electricity and water is required on site, including the full use of wash and welfare facilities. If no means of welfare available, the client must provide temporary toilets and wash facilities. Tiger Modular can arrange the hire of portable facilities but this is an optional upgrade and fees apply, prior notice must be given 15 days before the install start date, but preferably at the time of site survey so arrangements can be made and costs agreed.  

As part of the Home Survey process, you will be sent a set of Site Preparation Notes. In accordance with these notes, all sites/foundations must be level, with  a clearance of no less than 400mm around the building to allow construction. Failure to complete the necessary preparations may result in a delay or, in certain circumstances, cancellation of the installation schedule. A minimum charge of £500 will be incurred if the customer has not carried out the necessary preparations as per the requirements outlined here in these terms. Including the cost of any further expenses such as accommodation and labour. 

The company will not deliver or install products through domestic buildings, over fences or other obstacles without prior consultation and written agreement.

Whilst every care is taken to avoid any damage to the Customer’s property, Tiger Modular cannot be held liable by default for unavoidable damage caused by the installation teams (any claim to be reviewed on an individual basis). The Customer accepts that some damage may be unavoidable, especially to access routes and the surrounding working areas.

We strongly recommend that garden landscaping is completed after the building has been installed to avoid any incidental damage.

The company will install materials, fittings or appliances supplied by the customer on a good-will basis only. The company will not be held liable by default for any damage to such items (any claim to be reviewed on an individual basis). No additional items will be fitted/installed unless agreed in writing on the Salin the Home Survey report prior to the Installation team visiting site. 

The company reserves the right to withdraw its employees or designated contractors from site where they deem the working conditions to be unsafe in accordance with current Health and Safety Regulations. In such cases the company will discuss any necessary changes to the working environment/conditions with the customer which must be carried out before works can continue.

All installation personnel have been trained and briefed on safe working practices including use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with current Health and Safety regulations. 

Tiger Modular Ltd are covered by liability insurance up to £1 million and £10 million employer’s liability. Full details are available on request.

The design consultation completed as part of the Home Survey is a visual inspection only and the company cannot be held liable should any underground obstruction be discovered on commencement of works.

The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone any works should unforeseen circumstances arise that affect the company’s ability to fulfil an order. In the event that the company cancel the total installation of an order a full refund will be given to the customer, unless it is found that such unforeseen circumstances have been directly caused by the customer.

Bases/Foundations
The customer must be present on the base date and is responsible for confirming the location of the base prior to construction. Once this position has been confirmed and base constructed the position cannot be changed. The customer should consider any areas surrounding the building that may be obstructed or restrict access to openings on or around the garden room.

No apertures or fittings for services not supplied by Tiger Modular will be made unless agreed and confirmed in writing on your Home Survey report.

If an existing base has been used e.g. concrete slab, Tiger Modular cannot be held liable for subsidence or settlement issues.

Spoils created by the base team will not be removed from site unless agreed in writing prior to the works commencing.

The Company will not be held liable for any issues with regards to the height of the building if the customer has not levelled the site/ground in accordance with the Site Preparation Notes. All bases are levelled from the highest point of virgin ground.

Electrical Works
A Part P certificate will only be supplied where Tiger Modular completes a full external connection of power and will only be supplied to the customer once the final balance has been paid in full. The certificate can take up to 21 days to process. Where a full connection has not been made, readings are available on request. It is the responsibility of the certified electrician completing the full connection to certify the electrical works.

Every effort is made to provide an accurate quotation for electrical works, however, the inspection of the customer’s own armoured cable and consumer unit is only visual and is based on the assumption that the customer’s electrics comply with current building regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the existing cable is fit for purpose. Quotes given at the point of sale are estimates only and do not act as confirmation of the cable being suitable. Tiger Modular cannot be held liable by default should the cable prove to be unsuitable or inadequate and upgrades required.

Tiger Modular reserves the right to refuse to complete electrical work or to apply additional charges where a connection is not possible with the current power source/consumer unit. The customer will be informed and quoted prior to any necessary additional works being carried out.

Where Tiger Modular are to complete a connection of an existing cable or of a cable to be supplied by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to run the cable from the main fuse board in the house to the garden room site. The customer must ensure that there is an excess of at least 10 metres of cable reaching the site. Unless otherwise stated on the customer’s Sales Order, Tiger Modular will not complete any of the works to run the cable, this includes clipping the cable to any boundary/wall/fence. Should the customer request that such work is completed additional charges will apply.

The company reserves the right to make any changes to electrical product specification or services they deem necessary to ensure safety compliance. The customer will be made aware of any such requirements and cost implications before the relevant works are carried out.

Armoured electrical and Ethernet cables are always run above ground by the quickest and most direct means, such as fences or walls. Underground trenches or buried services are charged in addition to the quoted value, Tiger Modular have the right to refuse to undertake underground exactions if deemed necessary. 

No additional electrical work will be carried out by the company or designated sub-contractors unless agreed in writing on the Sales Order prior to the team visiting site.

Tiger Modular makes no guarantee as to the suitability of any WiFi powerline adapter. The liability of the Company for any Internet or Communications device or service will be limited to none. Any wiring supplied by us will be tested and passed, devices, hardware and existing WiFi is the responsibility of the client.



For bespoke products, if required a construct diagram of the proposed structure with dimensions is created by a product designer and provided to the customer for approval. Construct drawings are chargeable and non-refundable whether the building order is completed or not in whatever circumstances.

Goods that are ordered to your specification or not available as a standard product from our website, for example made to order sheds and log cabins, cannot be cancelled, or returned once the order has entered manufacture as they are bespoke.

In this case, after we have sent you our confirmation of delivery date email and received your confirmation of your delivery booking slot you will have entered a binding contract to buy the goods, and because the goods are being made to your specification you will not be able to cancel that contract without paying a handling charge which could be up to 100% of the bespoke items purchase price.

Once the goods have been delivered you can only return them if they are not of satisfactory quality or reasonably fit for the purpose and we cannot remedy the fault to your reasonable satisfaction. Orders of bespoke products may also extend the average delivery lead time.
Non-Timber Buildings
All manufacturers on this website have been carefully selected as brand leaders in their chosen market and the products they supply are fully safety and quality control checked before despatch. In general, our manufacturers offer a full 12-month from date of delivery, parts warranty upon all their products. Some manufacturers also offer an extended guarantee on certain product ranges, in such cases this will be clearly marked on the product page and full details and terms of the guarantees provided as appropriate.

Timber Buildings And Materials
Timber is a natural product and prone to changes in appearance, including some movement and the occurrence of small knot holes or splits in extreme temperatures and weather conditions. Any splits, knots or similar visual imperfections in the timber will not affect the structural integrity of the product in any way, are not considered to be damage, and do not render the product unfit for purpose. Whilst every effort is made to hand pick timber without visible knotholes or splits there may be occasions where timber is selected in good faith that contains what appears to be a solid knot. Over the course of time/during movement of the product etc it may occur that these small knot holes are then dislodged from the timber leaving a small knot or crack.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for this maturing of the product and can only offer our best advice as how to deal with this situation in the unlikely event that it should occur. When measuring timber for the purpose of technical information the absolute external dimensions will be taken from a sample piece of each component used – it should be noted that due to the complex nature of the product and machining processes that this figure will give an average measurement that could be subject to slight variance throughout the rest of the individual boards in the pack measured. Whilst every effort will be made to select only components which match the average advertised sizing this is subject to the availability of the timber that has been machined and cannot be guaranteed.

The Tiger 20 Year Guarantee
The Tiger guarantee offer protection against general timber rot and decay – the guarantee does not cover the product against timber splits or warping which may occur naturally over time. To maintain the validity of these guarantees the product must be assembled strictly in accordance with the instructions supplied, treated annually (internally and externally) with an appropriate high-quality preservative and all glazing units must be sealed (Internally and externally) with silicone or other water tight sealant. The Tiger timber guarantees will be deemed invalid if;
  • The product has not been assembled correctly by the end user in line with the assembly instructions – please see our product assembly section. Unless installation by our pro installation team
  • The base upon which the product is assembled is not suitable - all buildings should be assembled on a firm and level base constructed from a suitable material – please see our build a base guide here. (https://www.tigersheds.com/page/build-a-base/)
  • The product has not been treated after delivery/assembly (internally and externally) and treated annually (internally and externally) thereafter with an appropriate high-quality preservative – please see our product maintenance section here. (https://www.tigersheds.com/maintenance/)
  • Any windows have not been sealed, inside and out, with silicone or other watertight sealant - please see our product maintenance section here. (https://www.tigersheds.com/maintenance/)
  • The product has been customised or adapted in any way.
  • At any point after assembly the building has been in contact with any trees, plants or exterior walls which could allow moisture to penetrate the timber.
  • Any timber has been cut, pierced, or drilled without a subsequent application of approved cut-end treatment.
  • The eventual claimant was not the original purchaser of the product.
  • The roofing felt or covering has been damaged or incorrectly fitted allowing water ingress – please see our product assembly section.
Please note timber is a natural product and prone to changes in appearance, including some movement, warping and splitting, particularly in extreme weather conditions. This will not affect the structural integrity of the product – this is natural and is not covered by a guarantee.


TIger Modular Garden Rooms: Guarantee
Tiger Modular buildings are covered by a comprehensive guarantee, which is activated once the building work is completed as follows:

  • LIFETIME: Structural foundations 
  • 40 YEARS: Modular Roof System 
  • 10 - 20 YEARS: Door systems (guarantee length depending which manufacturer profile used) 
  • 10 YEARS: Design and manufacturing faults to the building structure (including rot and corrosion)
  • 3 YEARS: Internal misting in double glazing: Door and window hinges and locks; External decking (rot, corrosion and structural faults)
  • 1 YEAR (OR PRODUCT MANUFACTURERS OWN GUARANTEES): External fascias;  Internal linings and trim, floor covering, internal accessories, blinds; Electrical installations and appliances, including underfloor heating and air conditioning units Electrical and network connections.

Buildings constructed by Tiger Modular under ‘Permitted Development’ should not be used for habitable accommodation. If used for habitable accommodation the guarantee is invalid. Guarantee excludes normal ‘wear and tear’ and decorated surfaces.

No guarantee will be made by Tiger Modular against the effects of weather exposure on the colour of the external cladding. Cedar will naturally fade and silver over time, it is recommended that that any cedar is treated by the customer within 1 month of installation and every 6 months thereafter to preserve its original colour, or alternatively follow the guidance of a professional decorator or treatment manufacturers guidelines.

Door adjustments are not covered under guarantee and may be necessary from time to time. Adjustments can be easily carried out by the customer – please call the office for guidance or alternatively seek a local tradesman service to perform minor adjustments. 

Warping of timber fascia boards is not covered under guarantee; timber is a natural product and warping may occur and we cannot control the movement of timber.

Superficial cracking of timber cladding and/or fascia boards and/or decking is not covered under guarantee.

Tiger Modular guarantee glass on windows and doors in accordance with the ‘Glass and Glazing Federation’ guidelines (a copy can be obtained from our operations team). No guarantee will be made against scratches or imperfections in/on the glass once the sign-off of the building inspection has been completed.

Where underfloor heating has been installed the customer must ensure that all furniture is raised on legs, the use of flat- base furniture will invalidate your guarantee.

Guarantee claims should be made to the main office on discovery of the fault. Failure to report a fault immediately may invalidate your guarantee. Once agreed, a maintenance team will be despatched to remedy the issues free of any charge. Tiger Modular Ltd will not reimburse payments made to third party repair contractors without prior written consent, we do not accept consequential loss. 

If the customer is deemed to be responsible for any faults to the building, all costs associated with remedial works will be charged to the customer.

No guarantee will be made for materials, appliances or services supplied by the customer to be installed by Tiger Modular Ltd. Such items are installed on a good will basis only.

The Company’s liability shall not exceed the total purchase value of the of the Product and the taking of the steps it deems necessary to rectify any issues shall constitute an entire discharge of the Company’s liability under this warranty.

The Company shall not be deemed liable for subsidence to the garden room or of the surrounding installation site unless such subsidence is caused by the negligence of the Company during installation.

Any structural alteration made to the building by the customer or a third party employed by the customer will invalidate your guarantee and as such any related remedial works will be chargeable to the customer.

The Customer must ensure that adequate ventilation and drainage is in place around all sides of the building. Blocking in the sides of the building with paving or other landscaping material may result in excessive moisture retention either to the walls or to the base system. Blocking in the sides of the building will invalidate the guarantee.

For plastered buildings, Tiger Modular adheres to NHBC guidelines on internal finishes, including plastering, skirting and floor finishes. Please contact the office to obtain a copy of these guidelines. Plaster cracking over 2mm wide is covered under your guarantee for a period of 1-year.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the building is well ventilated during the plaster drying process. The company will not be liable for any cracking or moisture retention caused by lack of ventilation during the drying process.


TIger Modular Garden Rooms: Maintenance

Ventilation We strongly advise that all buildings are regularly aired, with doors or widows opened when the weather permits, and a low form of heating is maintained throughout the year. If the building is being used as a gym or exercise room it is important to maintain good ventilation. We recommend heating and ventilating your building before use and during use to avoid condensation on equipment.

Ground, Gutter And Roof Tiger Modular products require zero maintenance however, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure areas around the building are kept clear. An air gap under the sides and rear of the building must be maintained and clear of obstacles to ensure vegetation and weeds do not make contact with the building and lead to possible intrusion within the building. This will also ensure that no moisture cannot be trapped underneath the building. Gutters and roofs should be inspected and cleared of all debris a minimum of twice a year. As with any external building, failure to clear gutters and keep air gaps maintained may result in damage to the fabric of the building which will invalidate your guarantee. If remedial work is carried out and the defect is found to be a result of the customer failing to maintain a clear area around the building the work will be chargeable to the customer (as outlined above).

This means that on any page where you enter your personal information such as credit card details, the information sent to us is encrypted to safeguard your details. Encryption prevents other internet users from accessing this information. We have implemented a number of measures to ensure our site and your details are as secure as possible. Once your information reaches our server the card details are further encrypted before being stored on our secure sever behind its firewall. Please note in some instances there may be an administration fee charged for the provision of this data if the request is deemed excessive.

In accordance with our security policy, Tiger will endeavour to ensure that the ordering system is on a secure server and encrypted to prevent security breach and your information kept secure and not intercepted by a third party. Under no circumstances will Tiger hold sensitive payment details, such as your card number, expiry date and security code. Our maximum liability to business users, arising out of, or in connection with, the products shall be limited to the replacement value of the product in question.

In relation to business users, we do not accept liability for the fitness of goods for business purposes, nor do we accept liability for neither loss of use of the item nor any loss over and above the cost of the item in the event of a claim for breach of warranty or condition. For commercial use, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for safety standards or compliance unless you have requested, in writing, buildings for use in that environment and we have supplied relevant safety certification.
