good service apart from a small mix up at your end with delivery dates from when we first ordered. We gave dates that we couldn’t do & then delivery was made fir then. It was rearranged for us, but it was for 3 weeks later. Apart from that we found d the ordering part was easy and staff are very friendly and happy to help

this product I would highly recommend superb quality nicely finished all the logs fitted in like a glove doors and windows finished off to a high standard of craftsmanship. We went for the toughened glass in the doors and windows of which I would recommend and from the start to finish of the delivery it all went smoothly and very carefully planned as ours had to be delivered on a smaller van as couldn't get bigger van on our road because of access problems but Tom the delivery driver helped unload every piece hand by hand which took about 2 hours that was a big help as well. would recommend this company for good craftsmanship and quality throughout.

Really good log cabin. Very robust and looks great. Delivery was easy and installation team were brilliant (thank you David and Ryan). Would recomend tiger sheds to anyone wanting a quality well installed garden shed or log cabin.

order process was easy and staff spoken to were helpful. delivery slot and time were agreed and kept to. the delivery driver was particularly helpful. the log cabin was well packed and protected from the elements which given the weather was really good as it was 4 days until assembly. the instructions could be clearer as it took a while to understand the next step. the only criticism of quality was 2 parts were temporarily screwed together with about 6 screws. three of these had been screwed in such that the slots had become rounded making it impossible to remove with a screwdriver necessitating drill out-out the heads. one window key is faulty! will ask for a replacement. other than this really happy.

Found it fairly easy to assemble the log cabin as all the separate parts were well prepared and fitted together very accurately. Any problems I came up against in the assembly were well covered in the instructions and quickly sorted out. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the cabin and also the service I received from tiger - highly recommended.

This is the second log cabin i have purchased from tigersheds and this unit was to the very same high standards as the first one. assembly was an absolute doddle with the machined joints spot on. Everybody comments on the build quality and I have no doubt our finished product will last for years. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a company with superb customer liasons from placement of order to delivery.

Excellent product and relatively easy to erect, son-in-law and I put it up and felted on a Sunday. This included moving the delivery from the front garden through the garage and into the back garden. Doors were very heavy to lift into position when assembled as per the instructions. We just unscrewed the doors from the frame, fitted the frame then re-hung the doors. Only time will tell how it fares in the British weather.

Very happy with quality of cabin. Took two of us 5hrs ( with bacon butty break and then lunch break ) Only wish is that i could have fitted in a larger size. I would not hesitate to recommend Tiger Sheds. The ordering was made easy as was the driver who delivered it. All in all i would rate it 5

I was looking for something to replace a 60 year old timber garage. I wanted something of a similar size to use as a work shop and garden store that was attractive to look at. After a lot of searching I found the Rho and it looked like it would fit the bill perfectly. The size I wanted was not displayed on the Tiger web site so I phoned and was very pleased when the sales team were able to make one of the size I wanted! With good communication via email on the lead up to the delivery everything went very smoothly with the kit arriving right on time. The building was easy to construct and it very well engineered. The advice given on the Tiger web site of only building on a firm level base must be adhered to, this building is very solid. The Rho Cabin is now built and it is perfect. It and has been much admired by friends and family. thanks.
