good quality shed .one gable end wasn't quite correct bowed on 2 panels customer service was excellent especially Ryan who delt with the issue. very professional and boards to sort the problem came next day.I would definitely use tiger again

As a returning customer, my first shed is still in perfect condition after 15 years. Due to a house move I have ordered a new one again fromTiger Sheds. It is yet again a brilliant product, delivered on time with notification the day before of the one hour time slot. Excellent service yet again. Very highly recommended.

I have not erected the shed yet. Awaiting a good weather window. Totally satisfied with the Team Team’s service from ordering to delivery. I used the phone to order and arrange delivery. It is good to talk to humans. Using Information Technology can very tedious and keep one in isolation staring at a screen.

The shed was well constructed and it fitted together with very small tolerances. The quality of the wood used was a bit variable. There were a couple of places where the natural structure of the wood (Knot holes) allows water ingress, and a few nails inserted at the factory had split the timber to the edge of the piece. The instructions for assembly, needed careful reading to understand what they meant. But overall pretty good.

I’m very happy with my new shed.At the biginining on ordering the shed I spoke to Jonathan.He told my everything I needed to know about the delivery of my shed and when I was getting my shed built.The shed came and after about ten days the guys came and built it.They had kept in touch with me up to the build.The men done a great job.very happy with my purchase and the company Tigerbox.

Accurate delivery, with great service from Naz the driver, who was very friendly and assured me that any issues I may have, or support I may need was readily available. However, due to the storms at the period around the delivery of my shed, and my plan to protect all sections with an oil based preservative prior to assembly, I have not had a chance to review the construction, but it appears absolutely fine. I will update upon completion.

Quality very good. Customer sevice very good. Had a bit if a problem errecting but I think that was our fault. Only one delivery driver so I had to help carry panels in not easy for a 60 year old lady. But driver was very pleasant. I would highly recommend and would use again.

excellent value and service. The only thing I would like to point out is the lack of fixing points for the bargeboards. Four 3ft lengths of 30mm x 30mm timber batons to fix the bargeboards to would complete a perfect product

Good quality shed, looks well made, delivered by Colin who brought the shed panels into the garden for me which was a nice of him, paid for a shed install at time of purchase and was quickly put together by Alan and his mate, very happy will recommend to family and friends.

My shed was delivered on time, I was not able to be at home at the time of delivery but had asked if possible for the shed to be put into my back garden. When I returned from work the driver had put it safely in the back garden and all parts appear to be be there and all in good condition. I haven't put the shed together or treated it with the wood treatment which I had ordered with the shed yet, due to bad weather but will be happy to update my review when it's done... So far very happy with the service 😊
