11 out of 10 for delivery, can't fault the driver at all and gave the absolute best service you could possibly ask for, especially considering he was dealing with a couple in their 80's - Thank you to him. A very sound & solid shed which was easy to put up in a couple of hours. I would suggest 2 improvements, 1.Supply wood beading to hold the acetate windows in place - panel pins alone are not very good. 2. Replace the 2.5 inch nails with screws so that if there is a need to move the shed in future it is much easier.

Great quality shed. Build quality is great but only niggle is that on both my sister in laws and my sheds door was extremely tight to shut and both needed a little bit cut off the door lock and door supports where the door shuts. Other than that a perfect shed from top to bottom.

Happy with the shed and quality of it. Delivered quicker than expected and delivery driver was very helpful. Had to make a couple of slight adjustments but nothing major. There were a few nails which had missed the uprights they were meant to go in to. It would also have been better if the pencil marks were not so heavy as they show through a couple of coats of preservative treatments. Window kit I ordered did not come with order but cost was refunded. Over all I am happy with my purchase and would certainly use tiger sheds again and recommend them to others.

I have recently purchased a Tiger 8 x 10 apex shed with double doors. I have to say that from start to finish Tiger have been brilliant. I spoke to them on the phone rather than online just because BT were upgrading cables in my area. The gentleman I spoke to was polite and informative. The follow up communication was brilliant and accurate. The driver offloaded mainly by himself as I was else where until my neighbour helped. My girlfriend and I erected the shed today without any issues whatsoever. Everything fitted, nothing missing, spot on. We have now got the first coat of stain on and it looks good. Thank you Tiger for making the purchase as good as it was. I would recommend and I would buy another. I am always willing to give credit where credit is due and my only niggle would be why no beads for the windows. Not a bad niggle to have. Thanks again Mark

I have recently purchase an 8 x 6 Apex shiplap shed from yourselves which I am very pleased with. I would like to make two suggestions whereby you can improve things at very little cost - 1. Provide wooden beading ready cut for the 4 acetate windows instead of just panel pins. 2. Provide a number of 2.5 inch screws so the purchaser can fix the 4 side/end panels to the base rather than just nails. This gives the option of easily moving the shed at a future date.

Excellent product.. appears to be manufactured with good quality wood. Constructed it myself in about 4 hours, with no hassle. Delivery driver was very helpful, polite and appeared genuinely interested in the product. Very pleased....

Well made, delivered within specified time, needs Two people (8'x6') ordered base for it and quick jacks to make life easy well packaged excellent customer care and info for installation. Need preserver to paint on for a proper job - well worth buying extras. Really good price for product. Very happy. HB

Efficient service through from order - delivery + well made shed. Delivery person very helpful. It would be useful to include beading for the windows as only window clips provided. I have had this added to my shed to make windows more secure. Would recommend this company.
