The shed is very well made and strong in all areas. However, the felt was not on the lorry when the shed was delivered and when it did arrive it was incomplete. I phoned Alison at Tiger Sheds and she arranged for delivery the next day. So the problem was sorted and i was very pleased with the service I got. Many thanks

Bought the extra high pent shed without windows and an extra wide door. Quick and easy purchase on the website. Great communication all the way through the build. I was given a 10:30 - 12:30 delivery slot and the friendly driver arrived at 11am. I chose the DIY installation and it was really easy to put together, 3hours start to finish. (There are videos on YouTube). Really good quality and a lot of shed for the money. I will be buying a log cabin soon and will be using Tiger Sheds again. Thank you.

Excellent Value for money, great shed for the price my 1st attempt at a self build,went very well eventually, what I did learn , for all constructions of course, ones base must be true level as can be, any uneveness or slope gets amplified 1x0 fold and towards the end & thing dont fit, having corrected my level issue , build was easy for two, I have yet to read a manual for anything , that still applies !

Very happy with the service I have received from Tiger Sheds. From the purchase process, to the advice and to delivery. The chap delivering even helped me carry it all through my house to the garden. I am really really pleased with the product. The only reason it's not got a 5 star review is I do think that the floor struts are a little shallow. I have built a much sturdier based for these to sit on and I think if you are really wanting to protect the shed from long term water damage this is necessary. Overall a good solid product

Only gave it a 4 because of delivery i ask driver to call me so i could help him unload shed as it was 10 by 6 and one part is 10 foot long by about 7 foot high and he unloaded on his own and damaged it but great shed

I bought a 10' x 6' Shiplap Extra High Pent Shed. The logistics of delivering the shed were complicated by the fact I had a holiday, but Tiger Sheds worked with me on this and delivered a week after my return - giving me time to dispose of the 45yr old shed I had. The guy who delivered was very helpful. Assembly was relatively easy and was only complicated by the poor instructions. It did take quite a while to work through the online and printed instructions to fathom out exactly what to do and in what order. Having an instruction at the end which says that by the way, if you have a certain size shed - don't do the previous instruction was more than naff. Especially when it related to the roof. The only real complaint I have is the size of the mullions. For a medium size shed these are flimsy at 44x28mm. My existing workshop and the old (45yr old) shed are all 44x44mm. Even if Tiger sheds had to add £30 to the price to do this - this wouldn't have influenced my buying decision. The upshot of this was when fitting the roof - it looked like the walls were made incorrectly. As it turned out, the flimsy mullions meant that the whole structure was twisted. Once the roof was actually nailed on, the whole assembly squared up. There was a small error in delivery of the roofing felt. I wasn't too upset - mainly because I was lucky and had days of dry weather (I might have felt differently if it was raining). However, Tiger Sheds were very prompt couriering me a new roll of felt. One warning, Tiger are stingy about the felt. Don't assume it's a 10m roll. It's not! The roll I had did do 2 lengths - but with only 250mm spare. So beware when cutting! Anything else? Well yes. The poly-carbonate windows are really thin. I reckon with a good shove, a thief could push out the window and get in. Somewhat negating the purpose of the high security hasp & staple plus high end lock. These window panes need to be twice as thick. Don't buy the hasp & staple from Tiger Sheds. The type delivered really didn't fit well. Being a shed, the door doesn't fit 100% precisely and the hasp beds into the wood when its fixing screws are tightened. The result is poor alignment. Go to Toolstation and buy a bigger hasp & staple to allow for these assembly tolerances. Overall, I'll give this a 3.5 to 4 star rating. For the money (and the customer service) the purchase was reasonable value for money. It's a shame that suppliers don't recognise that too cheap devalues the brand. If the niggles that I described were addressed (even if the price was £30 more), this would have been a 4.8 star rating.
