Have to admit that I was a bit sceptical when reading all the good reviews about the customer service. There was no need to be. Delivery was notified as being within a window of 9-11a.m and the shed arrived promptly at 9. The driver insisted that he offload himself and stacked the parts for me at the side of the house. He was extremely helpful and polite and, basically, couldn't do enough for me. Shed appears excellent (not tried construction yet as the site hasn't been cleared fully). All parts crosschecked, by the driver, before I was asked to sign and he left. Faultless service. Would not hesitate to use again, so don't be sceptical with this firm!

Recently received one of your bike sheds. My wife and I painted it with your excellent wood preservative and erected it in about 2 1/2 hours with the help of a friend. I think that the quality is excellent for the price and am very pleased with the result. Thank you!

an excellent service the shed is first class and very well made the delivery was a day over the 10 days but was worth the wait delivery guy was first class also and helped me with some good advice rare for delivery drivers normally they just dump it and run this one didnt thankyou Tiger Sheds

Bought this as a playhouse for the kids, but it looks so good I want one of my own now! We were told three weeks for delivery and it was slightly less. Looks fantastic, really great shed!

We took delivery of our 'shed' (albeit a very substantial one) early in August. Once we had our level base and had taken the advice of laying out all the pieces... (& my partner and I had spent a little time discussing which piece was which. Having spare lengths of some pieces only confused us a little!!!) ...we put our shed up extremely easily. Unfortunatley due to the miserable weather we were unable to get enough time to preserve all the lengths of wood before putting it all together but would recommend doing this to other shed builders. Our only grumble was the nails supplied were not very stong and bent easily as you tried to hammer them in and the roofing felt supplied was of a poorer quality. Other than this we are very happy with the actual shed and the service we received from the sales and delivery staff at tiger sheds.

I ordered a an 8x6 shiplap apex garden shed and asked for delivery within a three day window no problem even a two hour window on that day, brilliant delivery when it arrived the driver asked me where to it off I said where ever he could as I had put my back out, no problem he insisted on taking it through to the back garden. Once my back was ok the shed practically put itself up and I’m 64, best sheds, best staff = best company one word of warning when I first looked on the web site it was £279 when I went to order it, it had gone up to £299 and now it has gone down to £285 (bummer) so if you see it at a discount BUY IT

My 8x6 shiplap apex is my second tiger shed - it came in only 4 days and I managed to erect it single-handed. I am very pleased with the finished result and quality of product.

Would have scored this a 5 had they not reduced the price by £20 after I ordered it even though I phoned to check before ordering and the fact that I was supplied the roofing felt for a 6x6 shed wheras in fact the roof is 7x6 on this model. I was not a happy chappy. They supplied additional felt so I have completed the installation and can say all went OK. Some of the boards have small knot-holes that need filling, but overall the quality is good. Have given it a coat of creosote to dull down the bright orange colour it is supplied in.

Bought 12 x 10 to use for storage so that I can get into garage! Excellent product and excellent service. Always go for Tiger because the floors and roofs are T&G wood as well, at no extra cost. Would give the shed itself a 5, but the fitting instructions could be improved (I am experienced workman) and the wood slats to hold in the windows were missing. Minor points that should not detract from overall shed and service. So pleased that I have just bought a 12x8 for another property.

Excellent customer service from buying to delivery. The product is good quality and solid, locks in tightly and is as easy as Lego to build, going up very quickly. As another customer said the roof is a little confusing, but can worked out within about five minutes if possible I would give it 4.85 (because of the roof)..closer to 5 than 4. Also I am sure if anyone didn't understand the instructions customer services would be happy to help.
