Sadly didn't have the most positive experience. Service seems to only be able to follow company procedure, for the most personnel were great and quick at communicating, however I received passive aggressive verbal communication which indicates lack of ca...re for problem being encountered, and therefore unable to listen and adapt to customer needs.

Delivery time slot missed, which cost me a whole day of annual leave and installation prep.
When delivered following morning incorrect package dropped off, replaced with correct package a couple of hours later, causing me further delay.
Advised by drive...r item missing from package, and that I had to contact customer service to resolve and get item sent out. Would have been nice that I didn't have to contact customer service and that was done internally so I was advised by customer service as to the issue and solution.

Apart from a couple of key pieces of wood being the incorrect measurement, leading to myself having to manufacture correctly to avoid a 6 day wait and further delay and cost, assembly is simple. I was advised that 5 pieces required replacing and the inco...rrect ones collecting, but none of that made sense, as only 2 items were incorrect! I solved the problem, saving Tiger and myself time and money.
My only advice would be, is that the the drawing provided for the exact build is highlighted in BOLD as being what you must follow only when constructing, the guide also provided is very useful, but can confuse the process as the drawings are different. If that is told somewhere, it wasn't very clear to myself and the carpenter with me.
