As with a previous reviewer, the shed experience was spoiled somewhat by delay and complete lack of communication from tigerbox. This was a shame because the delay wasn't even a problem to me, its just that no one gave any details of how long, why, when I should expect delivery... nothing, even when I rang them. The website advertised 15 days eventually resolved to 6 weeks. When delivery was finally arranged, it was on time, very helpful driver unloaded exactly where I asked. During the build I found one of the logs was damaged and needed to be replaced. Replacement arrived in about a week, which was good as I couldn't get the roof on until I got that piece. Apart from that one bad log it was complete and very good quality although some quadrant for the glazing would be nice. (I'm going to get some I think to tidy that up.) Assembly was very simple once the first layer was in place. The floor seemed a bit small but apparently this is to allow for expansion (makes sense but should say so in the instructions). A few small pieces of the tongues had broken off whilst the shed was in transit and were lodged in the grooves, which made getting the bits nicely together a bit difficult if you don't notice. Nailing the roof on, you have to be quite careful to ensure the nails go in straight to ensure the don't stick out anywhere. Now its up and painted it does look very nice and much to good for the lawnmower, chairs and barbecue.

We bought this building for the kids to use during summer, and I think I love it as much as them! The quality of the building is so lovely, the problem is working out what colour to paint it! Really excellent building and feels like it will last forever, thank you Tiger Sheds

Delivered as promised with arranged time slot which was great! Good quality, easy to assemble and kids love it. The 2 storey playhut is a real hit, and safe for the kids to play in. Worth every penny and highly recommended.

Shed was delivered on time and the delivery driver was more than happy to help my wife move it into my patio. Very impressed by the build quality as everything is dead square and neat. With a nice level base it went together easily but it is definately a two man job. I used screws in some places too out of preference rather than necessity. It's a great shed.

This is our second Tiger Shed and I can't fault the quality of the sheds or ease of errection. I'm guessing that it was a slightly busier time than normal as the order took 15 working days to arrive with us (would have been nice to have been told about the delay proactively by Tiger customer services, but not a big issue). The delivery driver was great and very helpful. Would recommend Tiger Sheds without hesitation.

Hello we had our shed delivered friday and put it up saturday, excellent shed really pleased with it very sturdy only problem was there were no batons to hold to windows in, we had to go and buy some wood so as the windows didnt fall out :( otherwise very happy thank you

top service and cheaper than all local suppliers,excellent customer service and communication,shed was a 6x4 and was easy to erect it turned out to be a solid shed well worth the price and about £50-£60 cheaper than i could find anywhere else,buy from tiger with confidence,many thanks,chris.

As a landlord I searched the internet and my local garden centre for a good smoking shelter. I really liked the design of this one and now I've got it, I like it even more. Assembly was a doddle, and it looks great. My customers are very happy with it too, which is a bonus!

Great Product and Great Service. Although it took a little bit longer than 8 days for delivery, the delivery driver ped it off exactly where I wanted it, using instruction left on the front door. How many delivery companies would do that? The product quality was much higher than I was expecting, which made preparing the build much easier. It was laid on a sand and cement base with paving slabs - it was all checked as level before I started putting the shed up. I put the main frame up in about 30 minutes - pre the coach screws, and use a drill with a hex bolt fitting on a low torque setting, it's much easier this way. It took another hour or so to get the roof on and nail the shed sides to the base. I then took another hour or so to put the roof felt on and the windows in - A quick tip on the roof felt, cut it roughly to size (bigger than needed) before putting it on the roof, sounds simple but would have saved me ages. For the smaller sheds you can split the roll of felt in half. All in all a great product, with pretty much all the bits you need. Did I mention it looks great too!

Fantastic shed wouldnt hesitate in buying anything else from Tiger. From putting in the original order at approx 16:00 last Sat we are now sitting this Sat at 16:30 the proud owners of a completed and full 7X5 shiplap apex shed. Delivery spot on time and it took me and my son in law approx 1 1/2 hours to errect the shed. It then took me on my own about 4 hours to complete and fill. One tip buy some extra edging wood the length of the shed to cover the roofing felt along the edgeof the roof. Thank you Tiger Sheds.
