Sirs Requested feedback on supply and delivery of Hybrid Apex 8x6 shed: Excellent product, excellent service - pretty much flawless. Only fault was that one of the corner beads was snapped on delivery (because it had a knot in it) but that's a tolerable and probably unavoidable fault. Your website might perhaps be clearer, on first inspection of products, about the many options and variants you routinely offer (glass, extra wide/double door etc): I pestered your office with queries about reconfiguration of a product the answers would have been obvious had I ordered it - but I did not order it because one of the options was essential to me and without it the product would have been unsuitable. Maybe I just did not read the website well enough. Based on my experience, there's little your company can improve upon - well done. Regards Alan Darby

It was all good. The purchase was easy. The call to check I would be in to take delivery and the delivery man calling 20 mins before he arrived so that I could pop back home from work. And a delivery man who was polite and helpful. And the shed is great too - just what I wanted, and easy to put together. Went up inside 2 hours with 2 of us doing it. many thanks

Quality goods delivered by a friendly, helpful driver who was more than happy to unload by himself and put the delivery where we asked. The 12x8 workshop shed was easy to erect. I am more than happy with the quality and it looks good too. I will have no reservations in recommending Tiger sheds to anyone and everyone. Thank you Tiger sheds for your prompt delivery and service - next on the list will probably be a garden shed!

After hours of trawling diy stores and the internet for a decent shed I eventually went for an 8x6 shiplap from tiger sheds and i'm so glad I did. From ordering to delivery and putting up the shed the whole process went so smooth. The shed is great quality unlike the flimsy ones for twice the price at diy stores. It was delivered in good time by a friendly and helpful driver who carried it round the back of our house for us. Also the company build to order rather than have them sat warping and rotting in a woodyard like other online stores, it came fully treated and once up looked fantastic, it was so good I recommended to a friend who also bought one. If you want a good quality shed at the right price you won't find better than tiger sheds!

Both shed and service exceeded expectations. I had ordered a non-standard size, which seemed to present no problems at all and despite living in the mountains of rural Wales, the shed was delivered in the time-slot and on the day that I was advised, mountains, single track roads and no signal for mobiles are obviously all in a day's work. The driver and I off-loaded in no time and I had the shed up, on my own by the time my wife came home from work. We are adding shelves and the like and given the view from the window , may spend all together too much time in it. Brilliant!

Ordered late on Sunday evening, got phone call Weds morning to say they'd be delivering on the Friday morning! The delivery driver was lovely, and ever so helpful. He helped us to get the panels into our awkward back garden, in spite of us suggesting he just leave them in the front garden if it was easier for him. I was dreading building the shed, after my last experience a decade ago, but this was actually a joy to put together. We were astonished at just how quick and easy it was to assemble. I would recommend this shed, and the company to anyone. So far as I'm concerned, we got a quality shed, at a cheap shed price.

I ordered 2 sheds to replace existing ones & am delighted with the quality. They were delivered exactly as promised & the driver was helpful & happy to explain which bit was for each shed & recommended installing the perspex windows before removing the plastic protective film to avoid unecessary scratching. I would go further & suggest the film be left in place until painting completed to avoid having to mask the windows.. Assembly was easier than I had anticipated although you do need to be quite tall & strong to lift a 10' roof section into position. With the help of my son the structure was completed within a couple of hours & the finished product certainly seems far superior to those I've seen at DIY centres. I am very happy with my purchase & have no hesitation in recommending Tiger Sheds to others.

The Tiger Shiplap Apex Shed we bought on the internet was excellent value and the service was exceptional. I had researched numerous other sheds and suppliers, both on-line and by physically visiting several sites. The final decision came down to the quality of the shed offered by Tiger and the service promised (always a bit of a gamble?? ) but the reviews were good so we went for it. To coin a phrase, "Tiger did what they said on the tin". The shed arrived on time, the guy who delivered it was great - brought it in himself and was very helpful with a view tips on putting the shed together. The shed is good quality and is comparable to others I have seen at twice the price. It took me about six hours to erect fully, but that included treated panels/floor etc before I put the shed up, and felting and painting the roof. All in all, we are delighted with the shed and will be buying a larger one from Tiger when we move house next year. Great product, excellent service !!

Helpful customer service. Was given a delivery slot of a few hours and the playhouse was delivered within that slot by a friendly driver. Took two men a few hours to put up and apart from a slight adjustment it went up really easily. The playhouse is of far better quality than others we looked at and I would thoroughly recommend it to others. My sons love it and I am sure they will spend many happy years playing in it.

Just got it up in the last few days. I have to say on first reflection it seems to be a real bargain. The quality seems fantastic and the shingles really so add to it and look superb. I guess this winter will be the real litmus test for it, but so far I'm extremely pleased with it.

Delivery bang on time, but perhaps driver could have been a bit more careful unloading it. Instructions could also have been a bit more explicit especially on fitting the roof (where to nail what etc.) but got it up in a few hours and it looks great. Highly recommended.

We ordered an 8 by 10 shed overlap, double doors and erected ourselves. The whole process went like clockwork, all very efficient, and it was not difficult to put up, We love the shed and it has been much admired, it is sturdy and handsome. There was plenty of roof felt but we agree with others who commented they needed to get beading for the windows, and we have done this. Thanks very much. R and J C.

Really pleased. Helpful staff from Customer Services to Delivery Driver. Shed assembled in about 3hrs with the help of my wife, further two hours on the roof. Glazing the optional glass windows was time consuming as a first timer, but not too bad. Following advice from other reviews I used screws in place of the nails provided, which appeared to work really well. Some panels are still seeping resin, will have to see how that settles. Overall, I would definately recommend both product and firm.

Very good quality shed, easy to put together (I had the 5x4 apex shed and was able to do it single-handed, just). Had a slight problem because the space for the shed was very tight, alongside a high wall, and it turns out that the roof is slightly wider than the base of the shed, managed to adapt it to fit though. Everything fits together well and the instructions are fairly clear. Took about 3 hours altogether to put it up. Even the roofing felt comes cut to approximately the right size, much better than the last shed I bought.
