Complaints

Please contact us as soon as possible regarding the problem using the email address sales@tigerbox.co.uk. If necessary, please send through photographs to confirm the issue or highlight any damage. We will then investigate the matter and endeavour to replace the broken part or the missing component as soon as we can.

If you believe you have received the wrong building, please inform us immediately by emailing sales@tigerbox.co.uk. We request that you email through confirmation of the building you have received along with photographs and why you believe it is incorrect. This will speed up the process of confirming what has been delivered and whether an exchange needs to take place.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel / return your order, you need to send through your request in writing as soon as possible. We can then discuss with you the return options available at that point which may be unique to your individual case.

Unfortunately not. If you have painted, treated or otherwise modified your garden building, it cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a building for return after it has been assembled. Any building to be returned must be in the same condition as delivered

 

If you have made any alterations to the components received, the building cannot be returned. In order to return any product, it must be in the same condition as delivered
